As a Systems Support Administrator Assistant what does the role entail:

As an Systems Support Administrator Assistant for Central Support you will assist with the administration of all functions within Central Support for YMCA Fylde Coast including but not limited to Procurement, IT, Finance, HR, Payroll, Recruitment and Training.

Your day will consist of …

  • Develop and maintain a good knowledge of the YMCAs processes and procedures to assist and improve all areas of the Central Support team.
  • Be the first point of contact for queries directed to the Central Support office, and to be responsible for the administration of enquiries, including answering phone calls and emails, dealing with the matters arising and forwarding on to the relevant colleague if necessary.
  • Be the liaison between YMCA and the external IT support team by logging all service requests and providing updates and escalations in a timely manner to support the organisation.
  • Maintain a professional approach at all times including all calls to colleagues etc. and provide a support service to internal and external customers in a professional and efficient manner.
  • To ensure the systems used by Central Support are maintained including but not limited to Plus2, Sage, Cinolla, and Pyramid and to deal with queries relating to these and any other systems used by the YMCA.

Job  Purpose:

We are looking to appoint a dynamic individual to join our Children and Young People’s team to deliver a range of interventions for children and young people aged 0-19 and their families as we exit the pandemic and continue to respond in a needs led approach.

The role will include whole family work and one2one work with children and young people in a variety of settings including centre based, schools and community settings and may include the following interventions:

  • Supporting children and young people to access Early Years provision or Education
  • Support for young people at risk of exploitation or involved in crime
  • Parenting support
